What we should look for in auto insurance companies should be similar to what we look for in people, what we look for in friends, or even mates. We should look for integrity. We want the company that we’re dealing with to have value to the things they say, mainly because what we’re buying from them is their word, quite literally, on paper. We’re buying policies from them, contracts, agreements, i.e. words. And if an auto insurance company doesn’t have integrity, how are you so sure that you’re getting a good product, a product that has value and respect.
